We run this mic as a safer and more welcoming space, especially for queer folks and women. Everyone is welcome when they can respect the room, the lineup, and each other.
Event Rules & Expectations

Performers of all identities are welcome to perform, but please be respectful of the audience and the room.
Harassment, hate speech, or targeted cruelty toward individuals based on their identity is not allowed. Don't be a jerk.
Crowdwork is allowed, but if you are asked to stop, please do so immediately. Consent is required.
If you are a performer and you are uncomfortable with a joke, please let the host know immediately.
Respect your set length and the host's timing calls so the night runs smoothly.
Hosts may cut sets or skip performers if rules are ignored. Repeat violations can mean removal from future mics.
For Audience Members
Be kind and present. Listen while performers are on stage and keep side conversations to a minimum.
No heckling, harassment, or threatening behavior.
Honor names, pronouns, and boundaries. If someone tells you a boundary, respect it immediately.
If something feels unsafe, find the host or organizer right away. We will listen and act.
